Lady May Return , Exchange or Store Credit
At Lady May, we want you to love your purchase!
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and with original tags attached.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke odor, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Sale and clearance items
- Accessories
- Hats
- Jewelry
- Bodysuits
- Gift cards
Refunds
- Approved returns will receive store credit only.
- Store credit will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopladymayapparel@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Local Pickup Orders
Local pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days. Orders not picked up within that timeframe may be canceled and issued as store credit.
